post. This entails you supplying us with your details and purchase
requirements |

Insuretec
Ltd agree to hold all information supplied by you in the strictest
of confidence, and no details will be passed to any other party without
your prior consent. Likewise we cannot divulge any information regarding
potential purchases to you until you have completed our confidentiality
and terms and conditions of service agreement. You can do this by
registering online, alternatively please email us and we will post
you the agreement |

When
we have received your agreement, we will contact you with possible
purchases that match your purchase criteria. If you wish to pursue
any of these, each will incur a one off administration fee of £200
payable immediately. |

Upon
successful purchase of our introductions you will be required to pay
Insuretec Ltd the following fees which are non negotiable: |

on the margin above £250,000 |
|
|
|
3%
on the margin above £100,000 up to £250,000 |
|
|
|
5%
of the purchase price on any acquisition up to £100,000 |
|
|
|
Minimum
fee £1500 |
|
|
|
|
|
|
All
administration and completion settlement fees are subject to VAT at
the current rate |
